This typically occurs if there are multiple accounts for your email address in our system. This can occur if you created your account by typing in your email address and password and then later clicked the Google button instead of signing in the manual way or vice versa.

Please try signing in the way you originally created your account. Please note that if you used Facebook or Google, your password is based on your Facebook or Google account's credentials and cannot be changed with us.

***If your account was originally created with Facebook, please contact us as we no longer support the Facebook log-in option.
