How do I upload my contacts?

It's easy to upload and manage your contacts! Here's how.

You can quickly import and manage your Contacts from within your account:

From the Data menu on the left side of your account, select "Contacts".

To Add Contacts:

  1. Click the + Add New List button.

2. Next, give your list a name and simply drag and drop your .CSV, .TAB, or .TSV file. Almost all CRMs and spreadsheet software have the ability to export .CSV files.

3. After the file has been added the system will prompt you to describe your spreadsheet. Please ensure you are selecting the appropriate mapping for each column of your spreadsheet by choosing the "Please Select" drop-down menu.

4. Choose the appropriate country from the list and click the "Submit" button.


To Delete Contacts:

  1. Select the Action drop-down menu to the right of the contact list you wish to delete.

  2. Click "Delete List".

Too easy!


Trouble Uploading?

  1. Ensure you are uploading a .CSV, .TAB, or .TSV file and that the formatting has not been distorted upon download from your CRM. There should be individual columns present and the data should not overlap/combine into a single column.

  2. Ensure you are mapping each column by clicking the "Please Select" drop-down menu as noted in Step 3. Click HERE for more information on how to map your columns.
