Delays in your recording playing are caused by industry detection technology and vary by carrier. This is something that is outside of our control.
Audio feedback can be caused for a variety of reasons to include the environment the recording was created in. If there is feedback noted within your recording, we recommend recording in a quiet area and not recording while on speakerphone. You can also try recording using your preferred digital recording device and then upload your .mp3 or .wav file to your account.
