In just a few steps you'll be able to configure your own SMS Autoresponders to help simplify your sales process, automate customer service inquiries, and attain leads.
Click "SMS Autoresponders" in the My Data menu on the left side of your account.
2. Click the + Add Autoresponder button in the upper right corner.
3. Title your Autoresponder and set your rules. You can add more rules by clicking the "+ Add Rule" button. If you need to delete a rule, click the 3 horizontal dots to the right of the rule.
4. Once your rules are set, click the "Save" button and you're on your way to streamlining your replies!
Need to delete an Autoresponder?
Locate the recording you wish to delete.
Click the three horizontal dots to the far right side.
Click Delete SMS Autoresponder.
