Per FCC guidelines, you're not able to delete contacts from your DNC list. As such, we recommend reviewing your lists and contacts before adding to or bulk uploading to the DNC.
While you're unable to remove contacts from the DNC list from within your account, you can email your request to support@dropcowboy.com. We'll need the contact's name, number, and the reason you wish for the contact to be removed. We can't guarantee that we'll be able to remove the contact, however, we'll take a look and get back to you asap!
