Please note this article is not to be considered legal advice and you should consult with your preferred legal counsel to ensure compliance with your specific practices and any additional legal requirements for your industry. We do not accept liability for the content of your web forms, your messages, or your DNC records.

We don't scrub against the national DNC list, however, if your contacts reply back to your Drop Cowboy campaigns with the following keywords, they will be added to your internal Drop Cowboy DNC list:

STOP

REMOVE ME FROM YOUR LIST

STOP-ALL

END

CANCEL

STOP TEXTING

QUIT

UNSUBSCRIBE

OPTOUT

NOT INTERESTED

OPT-OUT

TAKE ME OFF YOUR LIST

**Please note that the keywords must match exactly. If there are extra words the contact will not be added to your list. For example, we have the keyword "stop". If the contact replies back with 'please stop' they will not be added to the DNC. You should be monitoring your text replies to ensure contacts are added to your DNC list in the event they do not wish to be contacted.

Any numbers on your internal Drop Cowboy DNC list will be excluded from your future campaigns. You can also manually add numbers to this list from within your account. **Please ensure you are double checking lists or single numbers before adding as FCC guidelines do not permit you to delete numbers from the DNC.
