When uploading your contact list, it's important to map out the columns of your .csv file for our system to recognize and import the list correctly. Once you have uploaded your list, the system will display the columns. Next, you must click the 'Please Select' drop-down menu for each column displayed and choose the appropriate descriptive label for the column such as first name, last name, phone number, etc.
For example, the list below has 2 columns of phone numbers, a company name column, and a first name column. **Remember, each column will need to be labeled appropriately.**
1. After you click the Please Select drop-down you can use the scroll bar to locate the correct descriptive label. In this case, our first column is a phone number, so we will select 'Phone Number'.
2. Our second column is also a phone number, so we will select 'Phone Number'.
3. Our third column is the company name, so we will select 'Company'.
4. Our last column contains first names, so we will select 'First Name'.
5. Once, you have mapped all the columns, click the blue submit button and you're set!
