IVR - How To Set Up The Voicemail Option

Let's go over how to set up the voicemail option so your contacts will be able to leave messages for you. You'll receive copies of the recordings they leave via email.

  1. Click the Phone IVRs tab in the My Data column to the left of your account.


2. Click the +Add IVR button on the right side.


3. You want your first rule set to say "When inbound call received..." Then "Voicemail".


4. Next, you'll be able to choose the recording you wish for your callers to hear. Or you can select Choice 2 and enter the text you would like the voicemail system to say to your callers.


5. Your last step will be to enter the email address you wish to use for receiving your voicemail messages. This is not optional and must be filled in for your messages to be forwarded to you.


Save your IVR by clicking the blue save button and it will be ready for use in your campaigns.
