Messages should be sent during TCPA hours of 8 am to 9 pm contact's local time. When sending via Zapier, messages are sent at the time the trigger occurs even if this is after TCPA calling hours. However, as a workaround, you can schedule a delay for your messages to be sent using the below action guidelines. This action will need to be set up within your Zapier account.
