Here at Drop Cowboy, we offer several options to meet your needs whether you are independently operated or you run a large-scale business.
MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
If you have signed up for a recurring monthly usage-based subscription plan, as you send messages throughout the month they are deducted from your account balance at your subscription plan rate plus the $0.0031 compliance fee per send attempt.
What plan should I choose?
You'll want to choose a plan based on your estimated monthly sending volume. For example, if you send between 1,000 and 5,000 messages a month or you're just interested in testing the system then you may be interested in our most popular subscription, the Select package. The Select subscription plan is available for a recurring cost of $75.00 per month and includes 2,669 messages for the month at a rate of 2.5¢ ($0.025) per message.
What if I run out of funds?
If you find that your balance is running low or is at $0.00, but you still have more campaigns you'd like to run, you can always add funds to your account. Or if you don't use all of your messages, rest assured that your balance will roll over to the next month for your use.
How much is inbound call routing?
We charge a simple flat fee of $0.15 per call within the US/Canada and $0.30 per callback internationally. This includes unlimited talk time!
Do you have any additional features?
Drop Cowboy has released our brand-new Mimic AI™ technology! Mimic AI™ allows you to send personalized text-to-speech voicemails to your contacts by cloning your own voice or by using one of our Pro Voices. Mimic AI™ voice cloned text-to-speech costs $0.005 per 100 characters in addition to your plan's messaging rates. Learn more about Mimic AI™ HERE.
PAY AS YOU GO
Don't like commitment? You can also select the Pay As You Go option. With Pay As You Go, you can add funds to your account as you wish and messages are deducted from your account balance at a rate of 9.9¢ ($0.099) per message.
