If you are located in the United States, you can send Voicemail Campaigns via our Public Pool of numbers. With the Public Pool, your contacts will see a number local to their area code.
If you're intending to send SMS campaigns within the United States, there were several industry wide regulation changes that took effect on October 1, 2021. Carriers now require all SMS campaigns to be sent from an approved private number pool from a registered brand.

After your business has been verified, you'll be able to click the Number Pools tab to complete the number pool registration.
